Went there with my 4-5 month old cat she was very sick they said she was ok brought her home after spending 1 hour there and 200 + and after bringing her home she died 5 minuets later Rediculas shes ok hu? Why did she die so soon then? When I called to tell them that they wouldnt return my money and stated "they did everything they could very unhelpfull rude pepole, dont waste your time or money, aditional the vet was also rude on the phone with me and stated if I would have done the $1,000 cat scan he recomended she wouldnt have died well I didnt have $1,000 they wouldnt take payments so what was I to do?

I have bought the wellness plan for my Rottweiler Pup. I found that the woman that "helped" us was rather condescending, while at the same time, was not very knowledgeable. She wouldn't take "no" for an answer when she inquired about neutering the pup, instead going on and on about our pup's temperment. We have chosen not to neuter until he fathers a litter...That's our decision and we're sticking to it! She also tried to sell us expensive products that were available OTC for a much cheaper price. That being said, the puppy plan covers a lot of bases for an inexpensive price, and can also be used at other Banfields. That's the biggest plus. The vet was OK, too.
