We have taken our pets (three dogs) to Dr. Goodrich over the years and have always had excellent care. From a customer service standpoint, he was even willing to meet us after hours to provide comfort care and euthanasia when our first dog was dying following an automobile accident. In our experience, he has always been courteous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure great care.

Dr. Goodrich saved my dogs life when she was a puppy. She had a rare blockage in her intestine and he actually had to cut it and re-attach it together. I ended up in the dog hospital on a saturday and he responded quickly to the hospitals calls and actually came in on his own time to perform the surgery and save my puppy. If it wasn't for him, she would have died and broke my kid's hearts. Our wonderful adult dog now is very happy and healthy (a little too much because she NEVER puts her ball down) thanks to Dr. Goodrich. And to respond to others comments about all he cares about is money. That is just not true. His charges for care are very fair and I felt comfortable with my surgery bill. He is always very caring with my dog and very knowledgable. I wouldn't even consider going to another vet!

I took my 8 year-old boxer mix to see Dr. Goodrich for the first time last week. There are certain expectations you have when you visit a health care provider, whether it's for yourself or your pet... but I had to write a review to say this clinic completely exceeded my expectations!!! I dread taking my dog to any vet b/c he gets unnerved and anxious once we hit the clinic doors. The office staff, Ann & Becky, soothed his nerves while we were in the huge waiting area and Dr. Goodrich treated him like a family member. Thank you, thank you, for making this a great experience. There's a reason this vet has been in this same location for 17 years, he's an amazing caregiver.

We have been taking our pets to Dr. Goodrich for over 20 years. He has always been very thorough and knowledgable. I feel like he genuinely cares about the animals. He even came to my house once to pick up an animal that needed care and I didn't have a car. He has always called us to check on the animals that have had surgery and even sent me a card when my cat died. Today he came to our rescue again with a sick kitten.
