We were new to the area, our three-year-old cat needed updated shots, and this clinic came highly recommended. The front desk staff was warm and professional, Dr. Witzel was quite welcoming to us and our cat, and the price was reasonable. When we got our cat home, he started to behave strangely and seemed to not be feeling well. I called in concerned about his behavior, and Dr. Witzel took the time to listen to his symptoms and explain the possible causes (and calm my nerves), as well as give me instructions as to what to do if the situation continued or worsened. I know going forward that our little buddy is in excellent hands. I am so glad I found this clinic!

After having an awful experience at our previous vet, this place was pretty amazing. Our American Bulldog was sick and they got us right in the same day we called. Judging from our last vet we were expecting a $500-$600 bill by the end of it. With 3 shots, 3 prescriptions, and 12 months of heart worm prevention chews, we were only charged $200. The staff was friendly and we were in and out in under an hour! Needless to say this will be our permanent vet!

Have been taking our dogs there for years. They were very respectful and responded to our pet's needs, even through the difficult period where my first dog was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and died within a couple of months. I would give them 3 stars except the boarding is a bit too clinical, albeit clean and professional. Our new addition could of used more playtime, but the cost was a bit high to do so (about 13.50 a session).

I thought the vet was just wonderful. Dr Kluch was AMAZING!!! I will continue to go even though this was my first visit and the office staff seemed quite uninterested in helping me. They have a sheet for you to sign, which makes sense, but they should acknowledge you when you are at the desk at least and clue you in to the sign-in sheet. Not everyone who walks in the door is familiar with this protocol!

We've taken our dog here since the day after we brought her home, when she was a 2 1/2 month old puppy. Dr. Burbach gave her a thorough checkup, and took the time to tell us what we needed to know about raising a puppy. I love that we can always get an appointment with the same doctor--Daffney has her 1 year checkup next week. The techs are quick to respond anytime we call with a question. It's a large, clean facility, with plenty of staff, people who are friendly to pets *and* people. The prices--medical, training, and medication--are very reasonable. I recommend the Ralston Veterinary Clinic--and Dr. Burbach--to every pet owner I talk to.
