My husband and I had to bring our dog in for an emergency last night. The staff and the Doctor were wonderful. We ended up having to put our beloved dog to sleep and I could not express the compassion and professionalism that was given to my husband and I. It was a horrible evening but the staff made it bearable. I can not say enough about this Animal Hospital. We will be switching to them immediately for our other dog.

Been bringing my pug here for almost 3 years. Highly recommend this clinic for their wonderful front desk staff, knowlegeable vets and honest services. Very, very happy with every experience thus far. We see Dr. Kade.

Everyone on staff is wonderful. I've been bringing my Chihuahuas to this clinic for 9 years. It's worth the drive no matter where you are in the city. Dr. Batenhorst is great.

After charging an arm and a leg for "emergency" services overnight, they were horrible to me and accused me of neglecting/abusing my dog. Woke up one morning & my dog was dragging his back end. Took him here, found out he had a ruptured vertebrae/disk. The follow up call from the vet was horrible. He told me there was no way my dog had "just started having problems" and that I had failed to treat him early on. I went and got him right away to follow up with my regular vet & told both the staff/vet here if I didn't care about my dog, I wouldn't have dropped $500 plus on them treating him. Dog is walking fine now, after a few months in a wheelchair & meds. You wouldn't even know his back was hurt & he had trouble walking.
