This is a vet that truly cares about animals. My puppy had a horrible accident and broke his leg. They were quick to get him pain free and on his way to get the treatment he needed. From surgery, aftercare, or regular checkups, this is the best place to take your pet. Dr Stevens-Koph and all the staff are so nice. My puppy is still healing and goes in weekly for bandage changes but he is never scared to go to the vet. He loves all the vet (nurses) and gets very excited to see them. They will take care of your pet like it was their own. :)

This Clinic was awesome! I took my two newly adopted stray cats here for annual check up. The receptionist on the phone suggested I check out their website before appointment to see their specials. I got a coupon for discounted services. That was so nice she did that. The care was great. Vet Sherrill was amazing. She was nice and knowledge. They went beyond normal customer service. Not knowing my cats history, Sherrill explained why she did or recommended certain tests. They had a treatment plan printed with pricing so I knew what I was getting into. No hidden fees. Amazing care. Friendly staff. Go here if you're looking for a vet.

I highly recommend VCA. Dr. Sherrill has taken great care of our cats over the years. We are able to get in whenever we need to she her. The office staff are always friendly, and their prices for Hill Prescription Diet foods are reasonable.

Recently we took both of our dogs in to VCA for a seemingly first time routine $300.00 teeth cleaning, nail trim, and expression of anal glands. After wards when taking them home we noticed that one of them was whimpering and had his tail between his legs. At first we thought the whimpering was a side effect from the anesthesia for the teeth cleaning. However, the whimpering continued throughout the weekend, his tail stayed between his legs, and his back end was extremely sensitive to touch - to the point where he nipped at us if we tryed to touch his back side. His back side also quivered periodically. We took him back to VCA early Monday a.m. and explained what had been happening. They had to sedate him to check his back side because he was so sensitive. Suspecting that something may have gone wrong during the expression of the anal glands, they checked the glands and found no abnormalities. In the process, they found that he had bruising under his tail. His tail and abdomen were x-rayed and there were no indications of a blockage, break, or fracture. They expressed that he could have slipped/fallen hard on to his back side and potentially jammed his tail. He was placed on 10-day dosages of pain pills and anti-inflammatories. We were presented with a bill for $407.55. VCA took absolutely no responsibility for the injury to our dog. We strongly believe the injury occurred under their care during the routine teeth cleaning/sedation four days prior to Monday's visit. We had been a client at VCA for over 10 years with several pets and several thousand dollars of care. They offered us no other options but to pay the $407.55 for the exam, sedation, x-rays, and medication. We have transferred to a privately owned clinic that is not managed by VCA.
