This animal hospital is fair and honest and they know what they are doing. You will not get a bunch of trumped up charges for "this and that" - only what is necessary....none of the "and in a couple weeks you'll have to bring him back for" (unless of course, the pet really needs to come back). We have used Dr. Thiele now for about 4 years for our dog and our cat and he is an excellent vet. The staff is also very nice and patient. We recently had 4 non-cancerous adenomas removed from our dog's coat and he did an excellent job closing the wounds - the stitches were concealed and all you could see was a small mark at each spot. They have also cleaned our dog's teeth twice, again a great job at a reasonable price, especially in comparison to what other clinics charge for this since anesthesia is involved.

Harrison Street Animal Hospital is the best veterinary clinic I have used in the past 40 years. I've tried everything from other small clinics to larger multi-doctor clinics and even a couple of large animal hospitals like the Banfield in PetSmart (worst experience ever BTW). Not with Dr. Thiele. This is no "factory" clinic. If there was a veterinary equivalent to a country doctor, Dr. Thiele is it. You can't beat the personal attention he provides. He goes out of his way to help, even in off-hours. Pricing is the most reasonable in town. You won't be overcharged for unnecessary procedures like at many of the large clinics. A recent routine procedure on one of our cats cost 30% less than what a friend paid at one of the more prestigious clinics just weeks earlier. We've been going to Harrison Street for over 15 years now and would never go anywhere else. The staff is fantastic. They instantly remember your pets names if you call in with a question or need an appointment. It's like having a vet in the family. We couldn't be happier. Dr. Thiele and his staff are awesome and caring! They've treated my three pugs for several years now. In addition, when my Keeshond was ill - Dr. Thiele was so concerned and took such good care of Buddy - even meeting us at his office after hours.
