These people were absolutely shameful, I brought my violently sick dog in as an emergency and was told to wait 30 minutes because I had no appointment. I pointed out that my dog needed immediate attention, but was looked at like I just wanted to cut in line at the grocery store. Not only the receptionist was uncaring, the vet was finishing with a prior customer and heard everything. Disgusting! My beloved dog died later that morning at a different vets office where she was rushed in and treated immediately, unfortunately too late for her. This was two years ago now, but I will never forgot my disbelief and anger while watching this vet receive his next patient for routine vaccinations while my dog lay vomiting and gasping outside the door.
