I had an extremely negative experience with these doctors and would highly discourage anyone from going to this vet. I took my cat in on Friday for a blocked Urinary track. I took him home on Saturday to monitor and he died Saturday night. When I asked for relief on the $800.00 + bill I paid, I was offered a discount on the cremation services to dispose of the Cat. BAD business...Steer clear of these hack and find a respectable vet that cares about more than the almighty dollar! I will be finding a new vet!
THE PEOPLE HERE ARE THE BEST I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS OFFICE SINCE MY FIRST DOG, IT WAS SOME TIME BEFORE I GOT MY ROMEO AND THE CARE & KINDNESS DID NOT CHANGE. I NOW HAVE MY THOR AND I WONT GO ANYWHERE BUT TO AUDUBON
We normally see another vet, but brought our adopted puppy here because they participate in the state neuter/spay program where you get a discount. I was very pleased with the care and service we received. They listened to my concerns about getting her spayed, rabies and some other vaccine all at once. I brought her in the following week for the addtl vaccine. They didn't make me feel like a crazy puppy mom for doing so and didn't charge for the subsequent visit. After her procedure, I was supposed to call at a certain time to check in. They called me first, which was a pleasant and comforting surprise. We regularly see another vet, because it's where we have taken our other dog and closer to where we will call home in the future, but I definitely enjoyed my experience here.
This vet is not the closest but is worth the trip. Both the Vets and the Vet Techs are very nice and great to my dog. Prices are compareable to other vets, but the service is great. The new facilities are excellent.
Took our dog to the vet because we knew she ingested a foreign object, from the beginning dr. P was hesitant on surgery and said avoid until its absolutely needed. However three vet visits the same week he sent us home with Xrays "incase" we needed to rush her to emergency surgery. As a result of pushing surgery we had to euthanize an otherwise healthy dog because dr. p did not choose to do surgery until it was too late and even after a necropsy another dr determined the initial surgery was poorly performed and could have avoided the loss of such a loving family pet.. Not to mention they dont tell you there is NO post-op care. Just tell you that you need to move the dog by 7pm (with no wraps bandages or pressure to a dogs abdomen) just a short time after the dog regains partial consciousness...
