Dr. Kass has not looked at me or contacted me since he killed my baby on 12-29-12. I always loved Dr. Kass although my mom will not step foot in the office due to the smell. Dr.Kass always had great manors and kissed my pets, and made me feel he could be trusted. But something changed. I could tell something changed when i called the day before i made the appointment and got a recording. I had an appointment for my 11 year old Yorkie At 9:20 on 12-29-12 and got there on time. Dr. Kass was totally ignoring me talking to Cricket about a cat. Finally at about 10:00 he called me in. It he was in a bad mood. Mind you i advised the office ahead of time my daughter was in icu so i had to get in and out. I explained my Yorkie was breathing funny and he said "does she stop at anytime" and he covered her nose n mouth so she couldnt breath. Then i said " what can i do for her" and he said "we can take an exray but it's costly." I said "ok lets do it." And Dr. Kass said very rudely " I'm taking time out from the other patients to see you." Hello i had an appointment my money is of equal value. He took my baby in the back for an ex-ray and brought her back to me came back said it didn't turn out he needed to take another one. Then Cricket brought her back to me. He walked in and i said "what did u see." He said her hearts enlarged." I said "is she gonna make it?" He said "if i didn't think so i wouldn't do this." He then called Cricket in to hold her and gave her 2 shots. Then he said to Cricket "How many shots have i given her?" Cricket said 2. He weighed her and said "shes 71/2 pounds" look at her records Dr. Kass onn a good day she was 51/2 pounds. And he started filling up a needle with something else and said "hold her Cricket this is gonna burn." Then he said "no i wanta dry up her lungs not wet them." And took blood. I went out to the counter and paid n was given 2 heart meds. to give her. Mind you i was charged for 2 ex-rays like it's my fault 1 didn't turn out. I left with my baby and 2 minutes later her eyes popped out, she sat up, her body looked like a slinky and she feel over dead. Crying in shock i went back to the vets and dr.Kass said "AT LEAST YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO PUT HER TO SLEEP."HELLO WHERE DID YOUR HEART GO?I just lost my best friend and never got even a sorry. I have been back twice and your ignoring me. I need to talk to you Dr.Kass. You were my vet for over 20 years and i wouldn't come back if you paid me to this isn't over yet believe me.

This vet doctor was awful. The place was soo tiny and was not clean at all. He is rude and would walk out of the room while he was talking. He seemed to have no idea what he was talking about and he was recommended to me through rabbit society. He gave my bunnny an antibiotic without weighing her and was in pill form and it is impossible to give a bunny a pill. I took my bunny to Oakhurst Vet and received the proper medicine. Receptionist was nice... but do not take your pet there if you want them to get the right service.

Extremely caring people , great service at a reasonable price . They do not overcharge you . Always caring for you and you pet . I love Dr Kass , I wish he treat humans : OUTSTANTING SERVICE

Caring and professional. The building is small but this has nothing to do with the size of the care.
