Five star animal hospital! I have been taking my pets here for over 10 years and the staff and doctors are simply awesome. They def care and are not in it just to give you a bill to pay and send you on your way. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a veterinarian!

Stay away. Poor customer service.

Everyone on the staff has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for my cat Sara, who is in kidney failure. Due to the nature of the disease, extra lab tests need to be performed, multiple medications need to be prescribed and administered, special food needs to be ordered, and an occasional unplanned sick visit needs to be scheduled. Sara's examinations are always comprehensive. I am permitted to be with Sara while bloodwork is being drawn. I am contacted timely when lab results arrive so that I can learn how her disease has progressed and what treatment plan is best. When Sara has a hiccup in her health that has caused her to stop eating or to become lethargic, I receive several follow-up phone calls so they can learn how she is doing. My prescriptions are re-filled timely, and prescriptions have been sent to other pharmacies so I can obtain meds that aren't available through the hospital. The hospital has allowed me to ship mail order meds to them because I wouldn't be home when the delivery has been anticipated. I've had techicians contact me while they are on their personal time to learn how Sara is doing. The client care staff ALWAYS treats me with respect when I call, and I need to call often so that I can have prescriptions re-filled, to order food, and to schedule appointments. The technicians and client care staff call me to let me know when meds are ready to pick up, and when Sara's food has been delivered. I also need to have insurance forms signed so I can get reimbursed for some of Sara's vet bills, and the client care staff ensures delivery of these forms to the vets for their signatures, calls me when they've been signed, and then faxes them to the insurance company for me. Sara's needs have me visiting this facility as often as 10 times per month, and calling them almost as often. This staff could easily roll their eyes every time I visit or call; but, instead, I am greeted with a smile and they treat Sara with love and care. Sara is a delicate little sweetie who is enduring a terminal disease, and they all know how much I love her and want the best for her. They want the same for her as well. --M. Montalbano

Our doggie Czar had the best experience! He was rapidly going down hill. His left eye, glaucoma, and deteriorating eye casing bad health and weight loss. The Staff and Doctors removed his left eye, and Czar Doggie has a great life now, no pain, a new lease on life. Very professional, and have to say they had the best prices around. Clementon Animal Hospital was bought out by a corporation a few years back. Go 10 minutes down the road to Chewslanding Vet. Dr. Gruber and Dr. Greco who were the original vets at Clementon are now at Chewslanding along with Dr. Wray. Don't get ripped off by mega-corp over there. Last time I went to Clementon animal hospital was when I found an orphaned kitten in the bushes outside my house and rushed her over there. 200$ later and I go home with no kitten at all! (they euthanized her.) They made me run basically every test they had on her and tortured the poor thing and sucked me dry of money and then came out and told me she never even had a chance to begin with! Well, if you knew she was that far gone you could have said that to begin with! Anyways, Clementon Animal Hospital is a major rip-off. My grandmom and aunt still go there for whatever ridiculous reason and I've seen their vet bills... They charge almost twice as much for everything compared to Dr. Greco & Dr. Wray! They are always trying to convince you to spend money to unnessacary tests and procedures.
