I went here twice. The first time I waited over an hour for the vet. The second time the vet was Dr. Siegel who was rude and aggressive towards my cat. I have had vets talk to the pets in an effort to calm them down. This was not the case. The receptionists are the best part about the place! They are super nice and compassionate.

I've spent over $260 on vet bills for them to treat my dog for a skin infection he had. They misdiagnosed him the first visit where it cost me $90 to pay for the visit, skin test, and ointment. I visited again a week later when not only had my dog's skin not gotten better, it had actually gotten worse. They recharged me again for another visit, test, and ointment resulting in $175 bill. After running those tests they are still not sure what it is and want to keep running tests resulting in more bills. I don't think I should have to pay for their mistakes. I would say just go elsewhere where the vets know what they're doing!
