Adopted a new puppy. took her there the first week she was home. they gave her a clean bill of health and myself a $100 vet bill. the next day she is super sick. I took her to a different vet. she has pneumonia. WTF?! how did you miss that Dr. Death
I have used this veterinary office since 1990, I have taken all of my pets here. Today I took my dog in because she was feeling sick, wouldn't eat, wouldn't get up... I went during business hours. The parking lot had one car in it, no one in the waiting room. They turned my little sick dog away. WHY? They only take appointments now. I'm sorry if I can't schedule my dog's next illness for them. So any empty office was more important to them, wow!
Our cat had a urinary blockage and needed help immediately. We had called our original vet and he was unable to see our cat immediately and told us to bring him in at 2. We decided to call the Maple Shade Animal Hospital and they said to bring him in now. They took care of our Amadeus and we now have a new vet.
