If you want to be spoken to like a person who has never had animals before or would love to hear all about her animals (both past and living) then this is the vet for you!!! Very disappointed in the care I received for my cat and when she was giving me preprinted information, not from the hospital but from the internet, felt the need to read it to me as well!! Upon telling her I could read it myself she again reiterated all her stories about her own animals. I think it is nice she likes animals but if an owner is having problems with their pet that is the only one the owner would like to discuss!! Office staff is awful-had to wait over 30 minutes in the waiting room and had an issue with a bill that the staff was unable to explain after several tries!! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!
