I starting bringing my pets there about two years ago, when i got my first Seeing Eye pup to raise. I experienced good service, but I didn't really like the doctors. Dr. Lorig was the one exception--she was so nice--but I believe she is on maternity leave right now. The vet techs are the best part...they clearly LOVE animals, and are so friendly. The only problems were one unpleasant receptionist and waiting 15+ minutes after my scheduled appt. time, but those were mere annoyances. However, I've been having more problems with my second Seeing Eye puppy, and today was the last straw. I called yesterday (mon.) to make an appt for wednesday. I KNOW it was wed. because i was having phone problems and had to restate the day several times. today i get a call asking if "anyone is on their way to the office with Irwin." I confusedly said no, and the receptionist (who has been very rude to me on several other occasions, and is always unpleasant) proceeded to tell me that Irwin had an appt at 11 today (tuesday). As I started to explain that the office made a mistake, she interrupted me with "Well, it was today and no one called to cancel" and hung up on me...while I was still talking! I have never experienced such rudeness in my life. So I am switching vets TODAY. They also wanted to do an expensive ultrasound for an "enlarged kidney", but it's been two weeks and my dog has been fine. If you can deal with that one horrendous lady (heavyset, wears a headband and black all the time, always frowning) and waiting 15 minutes (whether you're there early, on time, or late), then you can try this place. But i don't recommend it
