I HATE THIS PLACE WITH EVERY INCH OF MY BODY THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE SO RUDE TALK ABOUT NEEDING A WHOLE NEW STAFF. I WILL TAKE THE TRIP TO NANUET ANY DAY THEN O COME TO THOSE RUDE INDIVIUALS.

Ridiculously expensive, and they mangled my cat's face. Find a small, local vet.

receptionist extremely rude when dropping off my cats for a dental exam. vet is clueless in how to treat my nervous girl cat (the vet with short red hair, don't know her name). i had never seen my cat so nervous before. previous private practice vets have been so much better and had known how to handle my cats so much better. this place is overpriced, and even with an appointment, you end up waiting over an hour. if you want to walk in, good luck. tried walking in once, and ended up waiting two hours. nobody cares about your pets here and they treat your pets very harshly. such a disappointing office. also, they screwed up on my cat's vaccination history, and without even my approval and giving me notice, they ended up giving my cat a round of female distemper vaccine 2 years early. the vet assistant just said it's ok, the cat will just have a stronger immune system. hope she's right. just plain inadequate.

AFTER 4 YRS, I DECIDED TO DISCONTINUE WITH THIS PROVIDER DUE TO UNEMPATHETIC CUSTOMER RELATIONS. SURE THE OFFICE STAFF AND COMPUTER RECORDS ARE EFFICIENT BUT IF YOU HAVE A FINANCIAL ISSUE, THERE IS NO FLEXIBILITY IN THEIR PAYMENT PLAN / SERVICE FEES AND I FIND THAT HARD TO ACCEPT ESPECIALLY IS THE PET PATIENT REQUIRES ASAP SURGERY AND THE CUSTOMER IS RECENTLY IN A UNEMPLOYED STATUS. I CALLED THE BERGEN COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER AND WAS REFER'D TO A LOW FEE VET OUT OF COUNTY WHO TOOK CARE OF THE SURGERY AND DENTAL NEEDS OF MY PET FOR FAR LESS $$ AND HIS STAFF TREATED MY PET AND MYSELF "THE CUSTOMER" WITH RESPECT, COURTESY AND THOROUGH MED DISPENSE FOLLOW UP. I'M GRATEFUL FOR THE REFERRAL !!!

They are the rudest company you can deal with. It is a waste of money and they do turn people down if you dont want to follow their advice and come in for something else. find a local vet close to you and you will be better off. even their customer service doesnt help that well
