I originally took my cat to another vet for an emergency visit as she seemed to have an eye infection, and after being jerked around for about 3 weeks and spending hundreds of dollars, she wasn't getting any better. I took her to Point Pleasant Animal Hospital this week and I just wanted to say thank you a billion times to Dr. Hatt and the wonderful staff of technicians/receptionists. I was treated with nothing but respect from start to finish and everyone was very accommodating and understanding. Dr. Hatt REALLY took the time to explain everything in detail and take thorough care of my cat. I DEFINITELY recommend to everyone to take their animal to Point Pleasant Animal Hospital, it's a great place staffed with people who actually care about you and your animal!
