Don't take your cats here! We were giving our female cat insulin 2x a day for diabetes (as recommended by Dr. Miele), and when the lab results from the 2 week follow up visit came back and our cat's numbers were way too low, Dr. Miele suggested (via a vet tech, never coming into the room to speak with us in person) that we just cut back to once a day (which was completey unnecessary and potentially could have killed our cat). We ignored the recommendation (my husband is a physician and would NEVER tell a person with such low numbers to continue taking insulin), we immediately stopped giving our cat the insulin, switched to high protein food, took her to another vet and her insulin was perfectly fine. I can't speak for the other veterinarians, but the Miele's (who also happen to own the practice) are unprofessional and incompetent. Stay away.

We had been going to this practice before they were even at this current location starting with our first dog when he was a puppy. We take care of our pets just like their our children. As both of our dogs got older and the facility moved you could see the change becoming all about making money for these vets. When they churned us for senior wellness and extra blood panels before really addressing the issues and referring us out to a specialist to where we needed to go with our dog it was too late. Heaven forbid they didn't squeeze every cent out the situation. Our dog that went to them for eleven years was put down by a vet there that we never even met before, didn't know our dog or our family. Not even a phone call from the owner after twelve years and tens of thousands of dollars. Maybe they actually had a guilty conscious for their lack of concern for our dog? I doubt it. If you love your pets don't take them here!!!
