We really appreciated your friendly, compassionate, and professional care of our dog, Doc. The staff from the front desk to the vet techs and the veterinarians were kind and considerate to accommodate us and our questions. We feel Doc received great care and we really appreciated having the opportunity to visit with him while he was a patient at your facility. I recently had a surprise from my 8 month old kitten. She had milk filled nipples and a foot coming out of her back side. Off to AnimERge for help. Unfortunately the kitten did not make it but after a c-section and hysterectomy my little girl was fine. It was a terrible experience that was made tolerable and even satisfactory by the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff at AnimERge. I felt at ease through the encounter because I was kept informed and understood what was going on. Thank You All!!!

We recently had our cat in AnimERge, he had to stay for 3 days and 2 nights. We were beyond happy with the treatment and care he received from the AnimERge doctors and staff. The entire staff was compassionate and understanding, they were very informative and patient when we would call throughout the day to receive updates on his condition, and they even allowed us (when the facility was not crowded) to use an exam room to visit with our cat. We would highly recommend AnimERge, they are wonderful!!

We have needed the services of Animerge twice and I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and care they provide. The staff is thorough, keep the owners involved in the care and decision making process, and are truly available 24/7. Our pets received excellent care and were sent home with clear instructions, medications, and a food sample pack for us to continue the necessary at home care. As for the cost, we were expecting higher prices than our regular vet's office, however, 5 hours at our vets office cost us over $700.00 for essentially baby sitting our sick cat, and for the vet to tell us she didn't know what was wrong and to take our pet to Animerge. We didn't reach the $700 point until day 3 at Animerge. We loved the veterinarian who admitted our pet so much that we switched to her private practice for follow-up and future care of our guy. 5 stars!

.I think the staff is awesome. I think that dr zaid is a top notch doctor and is very compassionate .I think that between his primary vet and dr zaid my dog couldn't be in better hands... the management will do everything within there power to make u feel comfortable during ur terrible time...dealing with a sick pet is very difficult thing to deal with and animerge will do everything they can to help make thing better...
