I thought Kimberlee Young is very rude and arrogant. Decided to change veterinarian because I wanted a vet I am comfortable with and has a more positive attitude so when asked to give me my pets medical records she literally made me wait an hour to get them because she was "busy", when it wasnt.. and when she finally decided to get them it only took her 2 mins to print out only 3 pages. This made me realize how relived I am too never come back now. I prefer going somewhere where there is a better positive atmosphere. * and I been asking for these records for 2 days to be faxed and never was and they never answer their phones.
