I have been taking my pets here for twenty years. Doctor Levine just removed a tumor from my dogs front leg. It was the size of a golf ball. I dropped her off in the morning and picked her up at 4:00. She looked great. What a job. I wish I could go to Doctor Levine. He did a better job than the doctors in the hospital. I'm serious. He tells it like it is and even gives advice on how to take care of your pet yourself. Great people, Great staff, Great hours.

South Orange Animal Hospital, staffed by Doctors Levine and Knight, have served us well since we moved into the area. Generally I deal with Doctor Levine, who has a good demeanor, and also hesitates to prescribe medicine when it isn't necessary. I've been to vets who have encouraged needless surgery for our dog, and Doctor Levine definitely does not do that. He's also helped us get through a series of injuries and illnesses, and has, for more urgent cases, made time for us long after the office was supposed to close. He's even sent us home on multiple occasions saying, "no charge." Look, this is where we're going to go as Maggie's reaches her late years. At this point I wouldn't imagine taking her anywhere else for her health care. Like I said, we haven't dealt frequently with Doctor Knight, but I've been happy with her during the few visits we've spent with her. The staff has never been a problem, and ask about Maggie when I drop in without her.
