This place is disgusting! Unfortunately, I have been a client of theirs for over 18 years because I just plain didn't know better. As my cat fell ill, and living in mt laurel, I didn't want her in the car that long. I tried another vet and I was SHOCKED!!! I guess I thought the vets office was supposed to have an overwhelming smell of urine and hair, dirt and nastiness everywhere! Never went back! To top it off my mothers dog was bit by another dog yesterday, not knowing the severity until the next day, we made an apt here. Can you believe they took the dog, told my brother to leave w absolutely no explanation as to what they would b doing! My mother called to see what was going on a few times and they acted like we had alot of nerve!! An hour later the poor baby still had not been seen by the dr. We ended up picking him up and bringing him to a PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN office. I can't believe they haven't been shut down.....

The staff at Pinelands is excellent and Dr. Hopps is knowledgable and thorough. However, the office is absolutely filthy. The smell of urine is overwhelming upon stepping through the door, the floors are dirty, the exam room does not appear to be cleaned even on a weekly basis, etc. In and of itself that may not be a big deal BUT it leads me to wonder how thoroughly the implements and tools are being cleaned between patients. I really don't need my dog to come home from the vet with an infection! I would love to give this place five stars but I just can't. Please clean up your facility so I can edit my review, Pinelands! You deserve five stars for your pet care but sanitation is part of what your clients pay for.

GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The first time that I went there i didnt have an appointment but they did a check-up anyway. They are super nice sweet and care for my dog you can get 6 months worth of flea+tick stuff and they told me about heartworm disease and recommended soething so my dog does not get heartwoms i recommend this place to anyone who wants to try it.
