They were incredibly thorough, compassionate, and kind. They helped save my cat's life by teaching us how to tell if his UTI became a blockage.

I don't think that this is the best place to take your pet. My family has had a few pets that we have taken to them over the years and unfortunately we find that they consistently order very expensive tests and offer very little as far as diagnosis or treatment. Of course if they recommend some kind of test for your animal you're going to do it. They seem to prey on people and the costs can get HUGE. I am dissatisfied with them and will not be going back. Maybe just a feeling but I feel its important to let people know.

I brought my kitten here for a visit cause he was eating quickly, throwing up, and having diarahha. These are all the common symptoms of worms. Instead of even suggesting that he charged me 90$ and gave me some antibiotic. A week later I brought my kitten to PAWS in Philadelphia to find out he had worms. When I called to complain they refused to refund my money, or help me in any way. I would also suggest a second opinion if this man tells you your cat is have thyroid problems. It is expensive over time, and I think this is how they make there money.
