We adopted an older cat from a local shelter and brought him to Bergen Venerinary Hospital for his first exam. Dr. Suss thoroughly examined our cat and addressed all of our concerns. The office has a separate cat and dog examining room (the cat room is identical to the dog room except it's smaller to make a cat feel more relaxed). Everything is state of the art. The office is spotless and everyone was very pleasant. Prices were reasonable and the office has excellent hours (even open on Sunday). There is ample parking and the office is easily reached from major highways and local roads. Pleasant experience.

Having my dog be a patient at Bergen Vet has been the most wonderful experience! The office is immaculate and organized, the office staff is competent, the Vet Techs are truly wonderful, caring human beings and Dr. Suss is amazing. She is so focused and attentive when examining my dog. All questions are answered thoroughly and honestly and she always takes her time and gives us undivided attention. I boarded my pet there for 10 days last year and I was so anxious and worried about leaving her. The first day into my trip I felt so relieved.....I actually received an email with a photo of my baby and daily updates of how she was doing. Superb and professional!

From the moment you walk through the door you feel like family. Everyone comes out from the lab in the back and say hi to you and especially to your dog. Dr. Suss is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and above all kind to our pet. She doesn't try and sell you products or unneeded services and that is what we love about her. Her honesty and genuine opinion makes her an outstanding vet compare to others we visited in the past.

What a delightful & refreshing experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The vets are very knowledgable and accommodating. I really like how they explain everything and review the options & charges fully with me before going ahead with anything. They return phone calls in a very timely manner and never rush you either in the office or on the phone. Everyone is animal friendly to everyone - so gracious. It has been a wonderful experience using their services and I certainly will be returning.

Dr. Suss and her staff are wonderful. Dr. Suss not only treats dogs and cats but rabbits as well. She has been great in helping us take care of our rabbit. She is very gentle and calm which puts everyone at ease.
