I took my dog to this vet clinic when my regular vet was closed. They not only saw him right away, but they correctly diagnosed a problem that my other vet hadn't noticed. They told me how much it was going to cost before they did anything, which I thought was great, so I wasn't surprised by a big bill at the end of the visit. I think their prices are about the same as my other vet, but the doctor was much more thorough and explained everything to me and my wife. The receptionist was very helpful when I called, also. I am happy that I found them- they seem to really care a lot.

They lost my pets' original records/vaccinations from my previous vet and then were completely unapologetic, dismissive and just a hair shy of rude about it. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that it didn't matter who I spoke to the answer would be the same. This attitude was symptomatic of all my experiences there and a major contributing factor to why I went somewhere else...and motivated me to leave reviews where I could.
