I've been taking my dog here for the past 12 years. They are always friendly and seem to treat the animals well.

DO NOT take your dog here!!! they don't listen. I took my dog and told them I ONLY wanted her paws and right around her eyes cut. NOTHING should be cut from her body or head. when I picked her up I noticed that they CHOPPED all of the hair off of the top of her head. the lady basically told me it was my fault for not asking questions.. and that she wasn't the one that I talked to when I dropped the dog off so she didn't know. HELLO???? wouldn't you have asked the person that I did talk to??????? and the lady had written all down so there is NO excuse to do something I specifically asked them NOT to do. They were rude too. Again, DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE.
