Janell is great. Very reliable. My schedule is constantly changing and she is incredibly flexible and understanding. Plus, my dog seems to love her so it's great to know she brightens up his day.

Very unprofessional. I needed a dog walker and left a message. I got back a return text asking all the questions that should have been asked over the phone. I have no interest in working with a company or letting someone in my house for that matter that doesn't have the common decency to call a possible client back properly. Clearly they have lost my business. Shame I needed 2 walks a day 6 days a week.

We found Janell here on Google when we moved to Edgewater NJ. Since then, she has looked after our two cats when we go on vacation over the past year. Janell is the BEST cat sitter we have ever had-- she sends us daily emails after each visit so that we know the cats are happy and healthy, and she is always able to fit us in to her schedule, even when we make last minute plans for holiday vacations. She not only feeds/changes cat litter, but also plays with the cats while she is there. It is also great to know that she has veterinary experience so we know that she'll be able to tell if the cats get sick while we are away. We even transferred our cats to the veterinary office that she worked at (New York Cat Hospital) and have been very happy with the vet there that she worked with. Highly recommended.

Leaving our little puppy who had never been alone was so anxiety-provoking, but as soon as I met Janell, I knew our doggie would be in excellent hands each day when I would go to work. Janell is *extremely* knowledgeable, loving, and dedicated. As a trained vet tech, she knew exactly what our dog, recovering from a 2-week stint in the hospital, needed. Her daily email updates on how our dog was doing were so reassuring. I can't recommend Stellar Pet Services highly enough for any of your pet sitting needs!! A+++++

Janell's daily emails about her visits to my cat put my mind at ease. I have a very active Cornish Rex who requires a lot of attention and play time, and I was very worried about how he would fare on his own over the holidays, especially because he only has a downy undercoat and is often cold. Janell not only fed and watered him, but also played and cuddled. She was wonderful and Mr. B seemed perfectly content when I returned.
