I cannot praise Prospect Ridge Veterinary enough. Dr Cappiello and her staff have been wonderful with both of my cats. They are very knowledgeable, communicative, and caring. I switched to their office a few months ago after my one cat started to have some neurological health issues. I had been using a vet before this who while good, was located where I used to live over a half hour away. I wanted to find someone closer to home that I could easily reach. Through out the process of trying to find out why my cat was having his strange symptoms that eventually evolved into seizures; Dr Cappiello did a ton of research. Not only did she get have testing done and explained what all of the various results meant but she ran all of his results past different neurologists and experts in the field to further understand what was going on. She and her staff checked in frequently and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. While the end result is my cat has a chronic health issue that can’t be cured, he is doing much better. I am happy knowing both of my cats have a great veterinarian whom I can trust.

We were referred to Dr. Capiello by friends for our 7 week old puppy. The Prospect Ridge Staff uniformly were kind, welcoming, supportive, informative and incredibly helpful. I have called for follow up information and queries as we navigate puppy-hood and received honest, helpful tips & advice without delay. We are very hopeful that the relationship will continue to be great for all of us!
