We have had truly exceptional experiences at the ABQ Cat Clinic. Everyone is very friendly, professional and punctual. Dr. Walker is an extraordinary clinician that offers a multitude of treatment modalities tailored to the specific cat and their owner’s needs which I have not seen from other veterinarians. The laboratory and diagnostic services available are more comprehensive than those at typical veterinary clinics, while the prices remain quite competitive. We received follow up calls on two separate occasions after our initial visit, and the staff even cleaned our kitty that had an accident on the way to the clinic. They have gone above and beyond for us. Highly recommended!

I had a horrible experience with VCA West side and took my cat to Alb Cat Clinic for a second opinion. The vet took a lot of time with us and was very helpful and thorough. I will definitely go back.

I was extremely satisfied with the service received at the clinic, Dr. Walker and her staff were amazing and helpful. My cat was very scared and hostile and the staff handled her professionally and compassionately, I was very pleased. I recommend them to anyone with cats.

I was highly disappointed in the professionalism and care at ABQ Cat Clinic. I was a recipient of the city spay/neuter voucher program, and expected to be treated as any other client. When I brought my cat in for her spay, no history was taken, no questions were asked and no paperwork needed to be signed. I did not even receive a phone call after her surgery to let me know everything went ok. When she was discharged, I wasn't given any home care instructions or precautions. Lastly, and most unhappily, my kitty came down with kennel cough 2 days later. I work in the veterinary field, and I know most clinics at least do all of the above mentioned. I will never take my cats back there.
