We took our cat there for a checkup and were were unlucky enought to be seen by a vet helper who did not have a way with animals. She handled the cat as if this was the first time she ever touced a cat before. Needless to say, she was pretty rough with him. Our cat hates the vet now. This place reminds me of a fast food drive thru vet place. They try to get as many pets thru as fast as they can and forget about the one on one attention that your pet deserves. We found another local vet who is much better with animals.
