i had 2 experiences w/Bolton H. The first one was to try and save my new puppy who contracted Corona Disease which we were told was due to possible overbreeding. The vet tried sooo hard and we knew that Prince was in good hands even though he did not make it. When he passed we were provided support and comfort and Prince was treated with great respect...i'll always remember that and I'll always be grateful for the care and gentleness they showed him and us..Thank you Bolton! #2 - was different...our lab picked up a tick infestation from the woods..and we tried treating him with topical stuff and home remedies..it did not work. We knew he was in pain so we took him in. We asked for the Paw's Plan cuz he was due for his shots and the plan was a good fit for his level of care. My husband (72) asked for the Plus Plan and the woman clerk at the desk reassured him that Tyson would be enrolled..well i received a huge bill for the services and when i called to question the bill the same woman was rude on the phone and stated that she was not sure what happened and that even if i switched to the plan i would still owe more money!! That is no way to treat a good paying customer...I think they should honor the Paws Plan and discount the service..I have 4 dogs and I wanted to enroll them 1 by 1 w/Bolton..but I need to be sure that I'm getting the best value for my hard earned money! I love my pets but I can't afford to be taken advantage of..

Dr. Keppers is wonderful. After 2 other veterinarians turning away my sick dog on a Saturday, I called Bolton and Dr. Keppers was available. I have since switched all my pets to her care. She is a good listener and spends whatever time with your pet that is needed and she doesn't try to sell special dog food or services you don't need. Thank you, Dr. Keppers!

It was very easy to get an appointment right away. My dog and I are always greeted when entering, and the wait is short. The staff is very caring and thoughtful, and the groomer Sarah is fantastic. I recommend Bolton with out a doubt

I was very dissatisfied with the service at Bolton's. My dog saw Dr. Post for a general check up and Bordetella shot. Like most dogs, he was not excited about his visit and that was obvious by the way he acting. I was shocked that Dr. Post didn't attempt to settle him or make him feel more at ease by showing him any sort of affection or even a treat. I have never seen a DVM act so cold toward an animal, so needless to say I was very put off. The visit lasted about 15 minutes total which seemed a bit short and I felt like I had to force information out of Dr. Post. Let's put it this way, she didn't seem very knowledgeable which was disappointing. I would not recommend Bolton's and I will be looking for a different vet.
