Today a very hard day. We had to put our dog down ;"( My husband has had him since he was born. Shay shay would have been 16 in Easter. Regardless of his age we dreaded the day we would have to say good bye to him forever ;"( Thank God for Ponderosa Animal clinic. They were so good to us all. SHAY , SHAY left this world with dignity, and peace , surrounded by lots of love. We are and will forever be thankful to Ponderosa Animal Clinic. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ALL.. THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DID FOR SHAY SHAY AND OUR FAMILY ♡♡♡♡♡♡

Thank god for the ponderosa animal clinic. My friend rescued a dog and come to find out he was really sick his ears where so infected he almost needed surgery. Well we are giving him his meds. The office felt welcoming and the owner as well as the staff where excellent. Im so thankful to them I do not think my friend could handel losing or having to put him down especialy because he is a good dog. I called the humane office first and of course they thought we wanted to have him put down. Nope all we wanted was to get him better. Thank you a million times. She saved two lives today my.friends and his new companion.

Dealing with Ponderosa Animal Clinic was one of the worst experiences of my entire life. We took our one-year old dog in for a routine procedure and he was severely mistreated and nearly died because of the negligent and incompetent staff at Ponderosa Animal Clinic. Our dog was overmedicated and he lost a great amount of blood due to improper incisions. The staff was unprofessional and mean to us too, the receptionist was rude, inconsiderate and literally laughed at my concerns. Additionally, the vet yelled at me and refused to answer any of my questions. Our dog was treated like a piece of meat at a butcher shop, not like a member of or family. Furthermore, we were not given adequate post-op care instructions. The only instruction we we were given was to keep our dog in a cage for two weeks!! The experience was absolutely horrific. There is no excuse for such poor service. We are lucky to still have our dog in our family, please don't risk losing your pet by choosing this clinic.

Doctor Catherine Ada Johnson D.V.M.s Is a great humanitarian she embodies the very meaning of the word humanitarian. I have a very sick Siberian puppy which is only 7 weeks old. He was having problems with constipation. Dr. Johnson willingly gave me advice to try to treat my puppy at home. When that failed Dr. Johnson put me in direct contact with the animal humane Association. They were only concerned about their scheduling and their fee. In other words they were not willing to help me without payment in hand. I called back Dr. Johnson at Pondarosa animal clinic and she is a very busy person so I was instructed to call back at a later time which I did. Dr. Johnson schedule was full but she had me take the puppy and at 5 PM her closing time and examined the puppy anyhow. The receptionist excepted the little money I had in hand without asking me for it and scruffy stood overnight receiving medications. Dr. Johnson called the animal humane Association herself to try to arrange for my dog to get treated their. The animal humane Association was unwilling to try to help it just didn't conform with their scheduling. So Dr. Johnson did whatever it took in order to try to save scruffy's life. Scruffy is still at Pondarosa animal clinic fighting for his life. I'm sure he will be okay as I will not contemplate otherwise. You see Dr. Katherine Johnson is more concerned about the well-being of animals than any other menial issues. I thank you so very very much Dr. Johnson and am in your debt. I will do whatever it takes in order to make amends with Dr. Johnson.

We have been taking our animals there for ages. They are always really good with our pets, and they get stuff done quickly. Also very cheap, but very good quality! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.
