I had great experience with Taylor Ranch Hospital. The doctor there was well informed. They love their animals and make sure they are comfortable. They know that to get down on the floor to their level will make the animal more comfortable. The doctor will stay and make sure you get all your questions answered. If you call back later they will call you back promptly and let you know that if you have to call again it as quite alright and not bothersome. I am from California and never seen service this well.

I have taken both my bulldogs to Dr. Rob Dana and he is always very thorough. He sits on the floor with the dog so the dog never knows it's getting examined, and it makes for a less stressful environment. When I got both my bulldogs spayed there, I got a call the following day from Dr. Dana himself to check on them. To me he is going above and beyond to make sure the animals are safe. The staff is always very nice and helpful there and they are always willing to get the answer if they do not know it. I will not go to another Vet, Dr. Dana is absolutely amazing. :)

My dog is very leery of strangers and growls at other dogs, until she gets to know them. Taylor Ranch Veterinary Hospital is one of the only places where I have been able to take my dog and everyone is so good with her. The front desk staff is respectful and understanding and calming. Dr. Dana is also fantastic. Everyone at TRVH treats my dog great and they are not rude just because my dog is not the world's most warm and friendly dog when she first meets someone or another dog, like a few other vet offices I have been to around town. I love Taylor Ranch Veterinary Hospital! They have taken excellent care of my dog when she needed surgery and they were great with allowing me to bring my dog in several times just to walk her around the lobby to familiarize her with the place before I had to take her there for surgery.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this vet office. I took my pit bull mix here because he was not feeling well, and to my surprise, we found out he had a horrible case of cancer. Dr Dana was very informative and did not sugar coat the situation. He was real and upfront about what we needed to do at that point. He sent me to the wonderful Dr. Kelley to get a second opinion, and made sure to let me know I could call him at any time for information, help, suggestions, or to just let out my feelings. Once my dog passed due to his illness I also received a wonderful card in the mail expressing how sorry he was to hear the news. I have taken my dogs to vets since they were little puppies and have yet to experience a doctor like Dr. Dana. Thank you so much for your kindness!
