We have 4 critters two dogs and two cats. So we have a house full and we make sure all of them are taken care of. I love this vet office for so many reasons. One is that they have a completely separate entrance for their cat patients along with a cat waiting room and their own exam rooms. This is awesome especially for our one cat. He normally is a totally devil at the vets office but since we have started to go to TLC he actually allows exams and is much calmer, which makes the visit better for all. They are great about answering questions in person and over the phone. They really treat your four legged fur children as if they were their own and I defiantly appreciate that. They keep you informed and call to check on them when they are receiving special diets or meds to make sure everything is going well. They have excellent prices compared to other offices which makes taking care of the critters a little less expensive and who can't appreciate that.

Our family started using TLC about 3 years ago near the end of our two dogs' lives. They were kind and compassionate when our pets passed away and are now taking great care of our two new dogs. TLC does a good job of notifying us when either of the dogs needs regular shots and/or checkups, the staff is always friendly when we come in, and we really like our vet who demonstrates his sincere interest in Gus and Woodrow by the way he handles them and with his questions to us.

ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I used this vet previously and had a problem with the overall attitude of the vet techs. Having tried them again the attitude problem is still there and if anything worse than ever. No compassion or even trying to help me. They were FLAT OUT RUDE! The vets themselves were nice, but most of my time was spent with the surly techs. No thanks. I'll take my business somewhere it is appreciated.

I have taken my cats to TLC for everything from a haircut to a traumatic leg amputation and I could not be any more impressed with Dr. Thompson and the entire staff at TLC. They are the perfect blend of competence and compassion. I am lucky to have them for my cats care. I highly recommend them!!! Louis Ortiz

I was so pleased with the excellent service at TLC that I recommended my neighbor for her cat 's care. And even more, it seems that they had maintained my records from the time I owned a dog in 1998 and now I have cats. When I took my poor sick, cat in, it was found necessary to euthanize her. this was done with kindness and tact. My other cat is fine but misses her old friend. My neighbor's car is having a tooth pulled today!
