Been to this facility before with another pet it went well. This time we got the famous Dr. Morrow boy what an ass! professional is not what I want to call him. Our pet received a wound in while play in our backyard she wasn't in pain or bleeding just a large gash which needed sewing it was late in the day and the great doctor answered while telling me it can wait a couple more days. I should have found someone else. At first he gave a price I do realize there are complications for everything and of course there were. But after his attendant gave an itemized bill of cost he screamed at her why she would even give us anything yet. first sign of bad business. Well we went home and waited for the call that she was fine no call, called in at 3:00am to find she was fine they said call you in the morning when to pick her up. we love our dog pay whatever it takes to keep her well. she return back to have her bandages removed to find she had gotten many ticks under her bandages. How we do not know. the nurse that was attending to her began to scream and asked us to take our dog out of the office in front of other patients. I have never been so badly treat by a business in all my life of raising pets. This place is just about the money! Paid my bill and got out of there fast called another vet in town where it was important to treat all of my dog and they took the time to explain things so I wasn't guessing about what they were doing! Dr. Morrow it is your job to explain what is happening to my pet whatever information I give you is to help with my animals not put us down for going to you for help. By the way the other doctor gave us some good advice on how to control ticks in this area. Three day visit from operation I wonder where she got her ticks under her bandages? This doctor does not care enough for your pets to receive your money save your time!

Dr. Marrow has taken care of my 7 chihuahas and 5 jack russels for 12 years and he and his staff are the best by far. Thank you so much.

A rhyme for a once, waste of my time: My pup had an appointment for an ear infection, Dr. Rebekah Ford didn't even check the inside of Dottie's ear! Even I could see that the poor pup was suffering. Inside of her hears were red and gunky, but Ford didn't even offer to get them clean because she wouldn't take the time to see. Instead, Ford insisted that Dot be given more puppy shots, on top of the ones she had already got, due to the fact of where I got them at. My puppy got sick halfway home I presume because of antiviral overdose. I returned immediately for tummy medicine, but never will I, ever again for any reason. Two days later Dot visited a different vet, at Caprock Veterinary Clinic, and there is where her infection received the proper treatment.
