I can't say enough great thing about these people. Great vets who really care for your pet. Even that does not say enough! If you have a pet you should take him/her to them for care

This place could be amazing and actually live up to its great pet care if their receptionist wasn't such a rude individual. I called today to get results from a test and was told off by this receptionist for calling before they called me. She then told me off about how they had non working numbers for me, I gave them a good number yesterday, and how the Rio Grande Animal clinic had the wrong number as well. I then called the animal clinic and they had the correct phone number, meaning she wrote it down wrong when calling them, but still blamed me. I cannot believe she is allowed around animals if she speaks to the humans this way!

Dr. Levenson took the time to explain about the dental procedure for Buddy. His assistant was also helpful in answering my questions regarding the procedures before the dental hygiene work took place. They called me the next day to see how Buddy was doing after his dental work. That's definitely customer service!:) He also emailed me his thoughts about the medicine Buddy was taking for his diabetes. I truly appreciate his efforts for my boys, Buddy and Oreo. I highly recommend Southwest Veterinary Medical Center!

This is the only place to go in Albuquerque if you have an exotic pet. Compassionate care at a reasonable price.

I've taken my 2 young border collies and 1 senior cat to these great folks for 2 years now. Every time they greet me, remember my animals and take their time explaining things to me. The animals get thorough exams and lots of love and cuddling too! I've had vets all over the world and I have to say that the folks at SW VMC are some of the very best! I only wish they were 24 hour emergency care, in case I ever need that service!
