I was nervous about taking in my two new pups...but it was the easy approach the assistants had...that made the whole process easy! The vet Ken talked to my babies that put me at ease too! We need a doctor for our pups... Arroyo Second here we come!
Excellent vet. Very good with the animals (and their owners). They were able to squeeze in my dog when he had a foxtail buried in his foot, even though he didn't have an appointment. A+
Front office staff is very helpful, as is Dr Brandt. I bought a sick alpaca from an Eldorado, Santa Fe breeder last fall and she helped diagnose worms when the doctor there couldn't find a problem. Well worth the hour drive to get to her! Very kind and really likes the animals (and their people) in her care.
Maria is a great groomer. My Lhasa mix is a handful and does not like being groomed (to say the least) but she did a great job. I found the front desk staff and all the other staff friendly and kind.
