My little dog Gracie Goldeneyes was kicked in the eye/head this morning by a horse in Truchas. Immediately I searched on Google and am SO HAPPY I found Cottonwood. Not only was "deb" amazing to me on the phone, she encouraged me to come right down immediately and they would fit us in. Once there, the same warm and loving, sincere treatment from every one of the women there. I was extremely upset and they were just as good to me as they were to my dog. Gracie is in surgery now and I know that whatever happens they did everything they could do that was right for her. I can't even imagine how the reaction of 2 others on this review forum could've experienced such treatment. This is not my usual vet, but, I am switching. No Question, I am switching.

Vet refused to see my dog because she couldn't handle me, a very upset owner. Who needs a vet like that.

Very rude and unhelpful people. Will never go back again!

The doctors and staff have been the best for me and my dogs. They are really caring people.
