My family and I recently moved to the Rio Rancho. We have a menagerie of pets with two dogs and three cats. Recently my dog who I have had about thirteen years got a bad case of paraphimosis, Dr. Cressy gave my pup an examination and recommended I take him to the animal ER right away. I followed her instructions and he recovered great. When I called her the next day to set up a follow-up appointment right away my dog was remembered and asked about how he was doing and if everything was ok. The true care that Dr. Cressy and her staff have for animals is easily seen. She has also treated our younger dog and a kitten for minor illnesses.

After being gone 7 years and about to retire in Rio Rancho, Carol and Dr. Cressy still remember us!! AND they still have our pets on file (inactive)!! We have lived in 11 different states and rate Rio Rancho Animal Clinic THE BEST service and staff.
