Dr Moore is wonderful he treated Athena my 10 month old pitbull and she LOVED him. I am so glad to have a Doctor that knows and love pitties as I do.

In July of 2011 I rescued a German Shepherd from a local organization. They recommended GV Animal Hospital as her records were kept there. I wouldn't dream of going anyplace else! The personalized service is wonderful and I feel the entire team/staff loves animals, mine included. Dr. Rose takes the time to ask about my pet's health and listens to my comments. Their hours are great, easy in and out, and the prices are equitable. Maintaining excellent pet health is a team effort and I'm thrilled GV Animal Hospital is part of my team!

Vets are nice, however, front desk ladies are rude and uncaring. I take my doggy here for his shots, so that is how I know this place. Anyway, I recently rescued a dog that I found walking relentlessly one night, took him home and saw his paws were badly burned. I took good care of his paws which are still healing :( A few days later I took him to the clinic to check if he has chip or not. I told the lady about this big doggy that I found and she looked annoyed more than anything. She quickly checked if he had a chip (which he did not) and dismissed me right away. She didn't even give me the chance to think if I should check him in since I was at the vet clinic anyway or suggest something since this is a vet clinic and people who work here supposedly care for the animal's well-being. She was so rude, her attitude was very distasteful and I could not wonder to ask myself why she works there or why did they hire her? I'll probably take my dog back to his previous vet—when he is due for his shots— which was at Tropicana animal hospital. I never had a problem over there, but since I moved, green valley animal hospital is much closer.

My husband and I have been taking our Animal Kingdom to Green Valley Animal Hospital since they opened. We absolutely love the staff and Dr. Rose is an amazing Vet. She (and her staff) are very compassionate and caring and will go out of their way to make sure our visits are comfortable for us and our animal kids. We will never go to another Vet - ever!!

I would give no stars if I could...I called and asked about my ferret, he had ingested dishwasher packets and because we didnt know the amount, we just saw powder all on the floor, I called to ask just what I should look out for in case I do need to bring him in. First the lady takes my information, which btw im used the the front desk people having SOME knowledge of some issues, she acted like she knew nothing as well as being completely unsympathetic while im trying not to panic. She puts me on hold for about 3 min then presumes to tell me someone will call me back. A half hour later I get a phone call stating the doctor on call doesnt treat ferrets so they couldnt help. Thats it?! No heres a referral im sorry but just look for lethargy or something?! So I held back from yelling, told them i thank them for their help and she says "ok" and sits there. It was there uncompassion and there lack of urgency that made me really question why they gotten in business in the first place. Worst hospitality ever! Btw my regular vet (Henderson Animal Hospital, fantastic btw) was closed hence why I searched for this place. It was just the first 24 hour vet that popped up.
