I am SO impressed with the care and time that Dr. Massey (Walter) has spent with my feline baby. This doctor has, in my opinion, gone over and above, and has never made me feel rushed. She has thoroughly explained the possible causes of my cat's illness, the treatments, and has suggested things we can do to help her live a longer and more comfortable life. Never in my 40-something years of cat-parenting have I ever met such a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend this place and all of the staff for their knowledge, kindness and compassion!

A customer from the day they opened, over 10-11 years now, they have always been professional and wait times are almost zero in time. Walk in or call for appointment, this is one vet office you can rest assured you will be taken care of...kennel service is outstanding if you use for boarding. Operations (we have had several) are all done immaculately. Facility is always clean. Prices are always the lowest available so we also have teeth cleaning. Feel confident in this Hospital. Highly recommend.

If we could give them 10 stars we would. We are in Las Vegas visiting family. Our dog became very ill. We ended up at an animal ER that resulted in a lot of money spent with no results. On Monday we took her to Valley Ranch Animal Hospital. We received excellent service from all the staff. We felt very comfortable leaving her with them for a couple days as they treated her until she was ready to come home. The care and compassion was very impressive.

My Big Bull Mastiff Baby had an infected sore on his face, after calling around all morning I got an appointment within the hour to bring him in. He was terrified going there, but within 30 seconds of walking in the door he was happy. The staff all came and gave him love and made him feel at ease. I expected another "cold" vet but to my surprise she actually came in and gave my dog some love first, then asked what was going on. I loved that she didn't ignore him, and like the rest of the staff it was all about making my dog comfortable. I'm glad I went there, as now she's our new vet. The cost was beyond reasonable, with no charge for seeing him so quickly. Awesome place!

Our dog was very sick when he arrived to see Dr. Reese. After being hospitalized at Valley Ranch Animal Hospital for 2 weeks, and thousands of dollars later, he was even sicker when he left. We went to another vet and they had him diagnosed and treated in 2 days! Dr. Reese and her vets even caused painful complications for my dog that required an additional $3000 in treatment at the new vet, and needless additional suffering for my dog. The doctors at Valley Ranch Animal Hospital are not qualified enough to diagnose or treat anything more than routine care. At one point, they were injecting him with so many expensive drugs because they did not know what else to do to treat the cause. Only one of the doctors was very nice to us, and Dr. Reese was just plain arrogant at times. My dog is now in great health with the other vet. Stay away from this place!
