We are new pet owners and had no idea why our new puppy was lethargic and far too mellow for a puppy. She had no appetite though we were feeding her the food from the pet store which was recommended. On our first visit to the vet, he suggested we change her kibble to wet dog food. I am not joking when I say she is a new puppy today. She woke me up in the middle of the night last night to eat more food. She must have just been starving...which breaks my heart, but hey, they were spot on with their suggestion. They were gentle with our pup, and our vet was VERY VERY knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. We will be bringing our little one here for many years to come!

I have brought my two puppies here since mid June and I believe the service is great! The entire staff is friendly and the two vets Jed and Travis are great as well. On my second Pup, they found a parasite on the Fecal test and they gave me medication. IMO, the Fecal test they do is accurate. Also, on that Second Pup, I brought him there for his wellness exam and everything was fine, a couple days later the Pup developed a Kennel cough(which is VERY common), and I brought the Pup back about a week later. The Vet gave me medication to treat the cough and they did not charge me for the visit because it was a re-check. I will continue to bring both of my Pups here.

I have to say that I have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff or any of the doctors. They care about the pets and are not money hungry like a lot of vets that I have run into. I can't say enough of how wonderful they are.

The doctors and staff at American Pet Hospital are the best: gentle, kind, and caring of my dog, Gizmo, and the entire staff is helpful with any questions or concerns I might have. Gizmo is 9.5 years old and with their help I hope Gizmo and I have many more years together!

We left this vet confused and angry. The office was dirty. The service was awful. The staff were preachy. The vet didn't care what I had to say about anything. They were more concerned with us coming back in 2 weeks so they could get more money than they were with properly treating my puppy. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
