I score the Durango Banfield 5 stars due to my visit today. I am newly transplanted to Vegas and after reading reviews about different Banfield locations here, I chose this one due to the mostly positive ratings. From the Office Manager to the Veterinarian, everyone was very professional, competent, and most importantly they treated my dog with the care and gentleness that I have come to expect at Banfield (previous home location was in Salt Lake City). My dog has had reactions to vaccines in the past and the updates and attention that my dog received left me informed and confident that my dog was being taken care of. I am a 30 year old male and I don't expect the Vet to baby talk my pet, but pets are part of my family and I will vote with my dollars to take them to a Vet which makes them as comfortable as possible. In Las Vegas this will continue to be at Banfield (Durango location). Thank you!
