Dr. Madden and Dr. Singer are very compassionate vets. They were understanding the entire time my pet rabbit was dying of cancer. They helped care for her throughout the short time from when she was diagnosed with cancer, to the day she passed away in the office. I even received a lovely card with everyone's condolences. It was very touching and I appreciated all their help during such a difficult time.

I have used CHAH for over ten years when Dr. Lee first opened the doors. While he has been gone for years, I found Dr. Brady VanderLind was the right fit for my pets and myself. He doesn't treat you like a commercialized office has been known to do. I find his bedside manner for my pets to be over the top! He has always given his opinion and yet also respected mine. THAT, goes a long way for myself. I recommend him to any and all my friends. No one that has taken the time to ask for him personally to do the exam on their pets has returned a negative comment. While there have been others in that office that I personally do not get along with, CHAH has been the vet for us!

So we had been going there for close to two years. The first issue with this hospital occured nearly a year ago when we boarded my dog Annie. The short of the long story is this vet somehow lost my dog when she had escaped from her cage and then had to find her. When they found her, her paws were so badly burned from the asphalt that it took nearly a month to repair them. A) They lost my dog. B) They LOST MY DOG!!! C) THEY LOST MY DOG!!! Fast forward to tonight: My dog Annie was acting like she was choking. I live a minutes drive of Centennial Hills Animal Hospital and yet no on call doctor would answer the phone. Additionally, in my desperate attempt to get someone to take care of my dog, I went to their facility and banged on the door. NO ANSWER! So my husband called Craig Road Animal Hospital and was immediately connected to the on call doctor. Dr. Finder and her assistant immediately opened the door when we arrived (ten minutes later) and did xrays. I am happy to report that my dog Annie is fine. She was either hacking up something or she was so nausous that she couldn't catch her breath. Unlike Centennial Hills Animal Hospital, Craig Road Animal Hospital acted swiftly. SHAME ON YOU CENTENNIAL HILLS ANIMAL HOSPITAL! I moved into my house because of the proximity to the vet's office still the proximity doesn't mean much when you won't even answer your phones in emergency situations!!! EPIC FAIL!!!! I am seriously changing my vet to CRAH. I would suggest people do the same. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Best vet's office, ever. They were kind, empathetic, and thorough. They worked within my budget, and all re-checks for same issue were free. Open every day. The only issue is location, but so worth the drive. I'll never go anywhere else.

Dr. Vanderlind has been our Veterinarian for 10 years now, he has seen many of our pets come and helped them pass on. He is always very caring and compassionate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our dog Kenmore was in yesterday for a Dental Special cleaning and he came home looking and smelling great.
