I have lived in las vegas for over 20 years.I have been to numerous vets over the years.Cheyenne West Animal Hospital is by far the best! The front office,receptionists,Dr.Hewitt and Dr.Degroff are exceptional !

Dr Lopez and her staff are incredible. I was referred to them after having a bad experience with another vet, trying to charge a horrendous amount for a dental cleaning, but insisted I have an EKG and blood work done due to our dogs age. It was a great referral and we have now been going to Cheyenne West for 4 or 5 years. Our dog is senior, nearly 16 years old, and he is treated with love and kindness each and every visit. Dr Lopez literally sits on the ground with him when we visit. Her love for animals is obvious. The staff, and Dr Lopez are so good when I call in with his aging issues and kidney failure, always consoling me, and listening and understanding my sadness, fear, or frustration. I can't tell you how much I love them caring for us!

This hospital offers exceptional veterinary care. My pets have been patients since 2004, and have been "cared" as one of their own. Their modern and personal approach for care and treatment is what sets them apart. The whole staff gets involved when it comes to patient care, and perhaps that is their biggest asset; that unique connection the runs from the doctors, to their technicians, and office staff. The staff knows who you are, and who your pet is. Add to that exceptional doctors like Dr.Hewitt, Dr. Shaver, Dr. Lopez, and Dr.DeGroff. Dr Hewitt repaired one of Gabby's canines two years ago, and she still chewing like nothing happened. Dr. Lopez and Dr. DeGroff have always been involved with Annie, Sammy and my kitties; offering care, insight, and support. I truly believe their quality of life has improved because of them, and Dr Shaver has always lend and unbiased ear. I strongly recommend this hospital as the BEST ever!!

Outstanding group of professionals! We have two dogs and a cat and wouldn't take them anywhere else. They treat our pets as if they are part of their family, everyone is always friendly and they all seemed to have my pets health and best interests first. As far as pricing, everything was comparable if not cheaper than the last place I was going to. And the boarding facility is a great place to board our animals when we go on vacation. I book them in a suite and they watch TV just like at home. It is spacious and clean and Kennel staff took great care of my pets. I highly recommend them!

Great Animal Hospital!!! The entire staff is always cheerful and the veterinarians are extremely thorough. If you ever have some time, take a tour of the facilities; they are top of the line! If you want to know that your pet is in good hands, the high-tech equipment and overall cleanliness obviously demonstrates the quality of care. Everything is always well kept and beautiful. They have an extensive email program that sends reminders (just in case we forget when vaccinations are due, which we do) and monthly newsletters. Cheyenne West has everything from food products to pet boarding so there is no need for me to take my pets to a dozen other places. The only thing I would recommend is to make an appointment so you don't have to wait! Overall, if you want your pets to be in good hands I would not look any further than Cheyenne West.
