We have had 4 different animals that have been going to this location and these great people, since 2001. The Service has always been consistently professional, friendly, and very caring towards our animals. We have entrusted them to the care of many doctors, in visits ranging from regular check ups, nail clippings, teeth cleanings, regular shots, follow up care to wellness, after our dog had been attacked by another dog that had been off the leash, and lastly: consultations and wonderful care and handling of us and our animals, during several old age-related end of life events. I will continue to seek the consultation and services provided by this great place & people. I have a young cat. As much as this cat and I enjoy one another, I am not able to clip her nails. She is very skittish when I try to do that. But, my cat is Great and Very Calm, when I take her in and get her nails clipped there. I look forward to many coming years of great care and service provided to our cat, by Creature Comforts.

Going to Creature Comforts Animal Hospital is like having family take care of your pets. Their level of dedication is awesome, their knowledge, unquestionable. I also have never seen such detail paid to follow up calls, reminders, etc. If your pets are your family members, take them here! The security of knowing they are getting not just the best care possible, but also love and total attention to detail, is well worth it!

Dr. Debra always shows a Caring and Kind Attitude, answers all questions, and has great knowledge when it comes to both our Cats and Dogs. She is more than willing to discuss any method of treatment and add her knowledged and input. She listens when needed and shows compassion when it comes to Animals that are on a path that cannot be reversed.

Our 10 year old dog needed a teeth cleaning and possible extractions. Dr. Cortez was wonderful. She personally called us when the surgery was done and went over everything with us when we arrived to pick up our dog. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love Julie in the front office, she is great to work with. The service estimate provided was right on track so we knew what to expect. We are so glad that Creature Comforts is there to take care of our dogs.

The staff....techs and front desk are phenomenal. ..great people that really care. I say this as we recently had to put our 12 year old shi-tzu down....heart breaking. The techs we dealt with were more than any one could hope for...so caring and personal. The first doc we dealt with was great but was leaving soon. So a senior doc took over after. Well...lets say we are not sure our baby needs to be gone! She had problems but after initial treatment was responding...then a set back and the "doc" had obviously not reviewed her chart when we talked....none the less she is no longer with us. Then another one of our "kids" was poorly. He had a "bladder infection" was treated for several weeks...took him for a second opinion when the "doc" wanted to keep treating. There was NO infection at the other place. ..better tests (a TRUE culture that took two days). We no longer go to C.C...no trust means no business!!!!#
