Although our Labradors have seen a number of the docs at DIAH, our experience is primarily with Dr. Lynch. He has been our vet for 14 years, and has always been there to look after our dogs. They've had serious issues and we always felt that they were in the best possible hands with Dr. Lynch. He and his team care for our animals with the same love and affection they provide to their own pets. We have gotten excellent care at DIAH. It is a full-service facility with a great staff. However, we now go to the Warm Springs office, which is part of the same organization, because that's where Dr. Lynch practices.

I absolutely adore Dr. Lingwall. He is awesome with my bulldogs. I love a vet that will get on the floor with the dogs and interact with them and he does just that. Everyone I have interacted with at the hospital has been very nice and extremely knowledgeable.

first visit... i was welcomed and right away the process got started / filling out paperwork, etc., despite their being busy. i had an appointment, and didn't experience much of a wait, after i had submitted the forms. pricing was reasonable. i had been quoted slightly more over the phone, so, having the final tally come in a few dollars less than anticipated is always nice. the doctor was great with my dog and as it turned out, i was told to proceed with the "home" remedies i was using to quell my dog's itchy skin and not given any unnecessary med$. i was, however, informed of an itch-quelling medication that is anticipated to be available in some months - and THAT i'm already sold on. exit process was swift and staff was *great* ~ appreciatively, *pancho"s mom

I began coming to DIAH approximately 10 years ago when I got my first Pug puppy. The Vets, as well as all the supporting staff, have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and generally go out of their way to ensure that your pet has the BEST of care. The staff here has handled everything for me, from routine exams and shots up to serious illness/emergency visits. They are compassionate and caring--they also call you the next day or two after an emergency visit or surgery to see how your pet is doing. Would love to see that from a "people" doctor!

I called DIAH because my dog was acting unusually and was given an appointment in an hour and a half. Less than an hour later, after the vet reviewed my dog's symptoms, I got a call from the clinic asking me to bring him in immediately because she was conceded about the severity of the situation. From the time I walked in the door, to the time Nova was taken to start his splenectomy was less than 30 minutes. He was quickly seen, promptly diagnosed and treated with the care I would expected the techs and vets there to treat their own pets! I couldn't have possibly had a better experience with a vet, given how awful the circumstances. I would recommend this hospital to anyone looking for the best possible care for their animals!
