My experience is always great, though my dogs probably won't agree. Dr. Hines is so warm and caring, I don't even know the words to describe her! She really works with the customer to LISTEN. This is a skill few vets (and fewer doctors possess). No one wants to have to go to the vet but Dr. Hines makes it alright by not imposing her will on us but by working with pet parents for a solution. Several years ago, we had a mini Schnauzer, Buddy, who was a predator. He was a rescue who was found wandering in AZ. He would attack any dog he saw and he'd bite people who came to the house. Dr. Hines worked with me for two years to try to control Buddy's fear aggression. NOTHING worked. Ultimately, we had to put him down at age 3. The poor soul was in fine health, but I was so afraid he'd attack the children next door or kill another dog. After he attacked a 5 month old puppy we simply had to put him down. Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital and Dr. Hines was us through it. This was the last resort, after a long time of trying to treat him both medically and via training. I know he was with this for so long because she was willing to listen and try anything. Thanks everyone at Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital. We have two other rescues now and one of them is doctor aggressive. She's good with him, too. Finally, the other dog is normal.
if I could give a zero I would. way over priced, false info and scare tactics about your animals. I will drive to my vet Sunrise Veterinary Clinic where Dave is a true vet that cares about you and me our pets
We have been taking our dogs their for almost a year now with no problems. The staff has always been nice and honesty, they don't overcharge.
Can you say show me the money. That is what Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital is saying. My cat had a swollen paw and was limping. The cat is an indoor cat wasn't sure if he got a bite or got his paw stuck and broke it. They came back and said they couldn't see a bite mark and wanted to do x-rays. Of course it would cost me 272.00 dollars. So 272.00 dollars later I got: “A I don't know”, three pain pills and keep an eye on your cat for the next 3 days. My cat wasn't meowing in pain, so my question is, the vet couldn't feel my cats paw/leg for a brake? That’s right, that would of taking some intelligence and it wouldn’t have cost any money. I don’t have a problem paying for something but I thought the x-ray was based on a professional opinion. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
I brought my dog to the Pebble clinic last week after he jumped from my arms and hurt his leg.I was so upset that he may have broken a bone. The staff was very helpful and took me in right away. After an x-ray showed injuries the Doctor sent me home with some pain medication. I highly recommend this hospital and wont be taking my pets anywhere else.
