When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was patient and friendly. Upon entering the office, the staff at the front desk was likewise accommodating and friendly. The vet was knowledgeable and did everything she could to make my dog comfortable. The only thing that I'm not sure about was the prices. The estimate we rec'd to take 2 x-rays, a teeth cleaning, and removal of a few growths was nearly $1000 with lab work-up. I'm definitely going to get a 2nd opinion.
