This place just reeks of death, as soon as I pulled up I knew my cat was going to die there. I had to have emergency surgery on her earlier in the day at Banfield but they close at 7. The woman rushed me to say my goodbyes, saying they needed to clear the room. They said she died of cardiac arrest, but in reality they didn't get her on fluids or anything soon enough. When they cremated her they gave me some christian poem with it, and honestly I'd prefer if her only lock of fur and paw print were not attached to this poem. I will forever remember this place as the place where my best friend died. The staff at Banfield were devastated considering how hard they worked to save her.

1 STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO. NEVER EVEN WENT TO THIS CLINIC! WAS REFERRED THERE BY MY VET LAST NIGHT FOR MY CAT. WHEN I CALLED THE CLINIC TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE THE GIRL THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS SO SO RUDE TO ME I FIGURED THESE PEOPLE WOULDN'T BE WORTH WHAT I WAS WILLING TO PAY TO SAVE MY KITTY. NEXT TIME ILL HAPPILY DRIVE ACROSS TOWN BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING THIS HOSPITAL.

Absolutely awful. The ER vet talked about getting treatment started once I signed and paid. A rude female employee came back in and said they wanted almost $1300..just to stabilize him and run some tests. I said I didn't have that in the bank and knew I wasn't able to get the Care Credit but I wanted to pay to at least get him stabilized and basic tests done until I could figure out how to get more $ or to take him somewhere else for further testing (this was at night). When I said how much I could pay right then she said "Finally, now we're getting somewhere!" So money was more important than my dog at this place. This was going to be an overnight visit so when I left I got hold of another vet who was still open and told me I could bring him in first thing in the morning..that would never happen b/c the E.R. vet called and told me he died and that he wasn't sure why. I don't know if this woman told him to use the cheapest sedation or what. This awful woman when we came to see him after, not only was cold as ice about it but called him by the wrong name to us! Talk about adding insult to injury. I have heard that animals die there all the time. Although it is an E.R. I have to wonder. There are other emergency hospitals out there..I will never go back here b/c they seem to care more about money than animals and the people who love them enough to try to get them help.

Our dog had an infection due to poor sanitation at the "VIP PET HOTEL" around the corner, so we took him to the ER. The staff was friendly and the cost was reasonable for a Vet visit.

Could not be happier with the staff, especially Dr. Parantala. They are all great.
