We brought in our older poodle because she just wasn't acting herself. They were able to fit us in right away. They ran a quick test, and we found out she had pretty high blood sugar. So they kept her for almost a week to get her blood sugar back to normal. They asked us how much they could go up to, and we gave them a budget. They were able to work with our budget and help our sweet girl. Dr Brooks was very helpful. He took it upon himself to keep a close eye on her and constantly call us with updates. While she was at the hospital, we were able to come and visit our girl anytime we wanted to. Our girl ended up having type 1 diabetes and needs shots twice a day. Dr Brooks showed us how to give her the shots, and helped us feel more comfortable with it. We really appreciate the Dr and the staffs help. They have been, nothing but friendly and helpful with our needs.

Town Center Animal was recommended by friends. Our first few visits were great. We recently boarded our dogs and had them groomed. Both came home very sick, one had Kennel Cough and the other an intestinal infection. The grooming went from excellent to poor. The dogs looked as though they were groomed by a rookie groomer. In addition Town Center Animal gave us a diagnosis for our older dog which was 100% bogus. It appears going to Town Center Animal Hospital is like going to your car dealer for service. They get you in and then tell you everything that is wrong with your dog and then look at you sideways when you say No Thank You! All the doctors are rookies just out of school. The only real vet is Dr. Brooks and I believe he instructs his doctors to jack up the bill for every dog they see. We had our puppy spade recently and the bill went from $80 to $185 because they claim the dog was still oozing after the surgery. Never let me see the dog but insisted blood work and an overnight stay was necessary. We went along with it once, never again. We are done with Town Center Animal Hospital. We saw another vet for the dogs illnesses and were told our older dog in the picture had nothing wrong with her. Spent $353 at Town Center and another $125 to get them better. In addition one of their best prospects left and went back to WI. I believe he could not rip people off for additional needless procedures. He was very sheepish and timid when he told me about the additional procedure needed for our puppy.

Town Center Animal Hospital have taken care of Maximus for the past four years and Cooper for the past year an a half. They are outstanding and know what it is to be a pet owner. Don't count us out, we may be back sooner than you think!

COMPLETE CROOKS! Brought my cats in for a service and the Dr tried to overcharge me by $500.00. When questioned about the cost he responded "Oops guess I was wrong after all." Picked them up after the procedure and was charged an extra $100.00 for a test that had already been done. Response "Oops sorry about that." Waited 1 1/2 hour with an appointment, got another "oops sorry about that." Were done.

Very, very happy with service and staff. Caring and knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone who wants quality care for their furry family members.
